Fresh Ginger Syrup
A fall treat! We use this syrup base in homemade ice cream, over vanilla ice cream, to make ginger tea and ginger fizzy water (with our Soda Stream). It will keep for a week in the fridge but I freeze it in ice cube trays so that we can enjoy it for longer. My favorite recipe comes from David Lebovitz's website: Here is the Link
