Week 4 Summer CSA
This week everyone gets: 1 head of lettuce, 10 or more garlic scapes, 1 pound of snap peas, 1-2 heads of cabbage, Everyone Chooses 3 from: 1/4 pound log cultivated shiitake mushrooms, 2-3 ummer squash/zucchini, 1 pound red radishes, 1 pound carrots, 1 bunch/1 pound of beets, 1 bunch of kale, 1 bunch of chard, 1 pound onions, 2-3 kohlrabi. Herbs available for fresh cutting include parsley and cilantro.
