2019 Spring CSA

So busy planting for the main season that we never got around to posting the Spring CSA offerings so here is a list of what was given out for each of the ten weeks

4/2/19 14 oz bag greens mix, 4oz. jar of Hungry Bear Farm's garlic salt

4/9/19 3/4 lb bag greens mix or spinach, 1 or 2 bunches radishes, 2-3 choko, 2 Tokoyo Bekana and 3 komatsuna

4/16/19 3/4 lb bag of either greens mix, arugula or spinach, 1 or 2 bunches of radishes, 1 bunch tokyo bekana, 2 black summer choi and 2 tokyo bekana

4/23/19 3/4 lb bag spinach or greens mix, bunch Hakurei turnips,, kale or radishes, freshly cut black summer, yellow heart chois and komatsuna

4/30/19 3/4 lb bag spinach, 1 lb Hakurei turnips, 2 joi choi, bunch asparagus or 3/4 lb bag arugula

5/7/19 bunch of kale, bunch of asparagus, head lettuce, 10 oz spinach or 1/4 lb log cultivated Shiitake mushrooms

5/14/19 1 head lettuce, 1 bunch kale, 1 bunch asparagus, take 1 from spinach, chard, tokyo bekana, joi choi, lovage or cilantro

5/21/19 bunch of asparagus, 1 or 2 head lettuce, 2 head Tokyo bekana, 10 oz bag spinach, bunch of kale, lovage

5/28/19 3 choko choi, asparagus, take 1 from kale, chard, lettuce, spinach, lovage

6/4/19 head of lettuce, bunch of kale, basil, take 2 from 3 black summer choi, bunch of radishes, bunch of chard
