2018 Summer CSA week 3
Already putting up food for the winter and not even officially summer yet! The radishes make a pretty picture as they ferment. This week's shares feature: overwintered onions, kohlrabi, head lettuce and garlic scapes. Choose 2 from carrots, radishes, Hakurei turnips, kale, chard, broccolini. Herbs available for fresh cutting: parsley, basil, cilantro, winter savory, garlic chives and oregano. Snap peas are just around the corner!
